We deliver within approximately 48 hours in metropolitan France. International delivery times depend on postal services.
Below are our free return conditions for exchanges or credit.
The cost of returning merchandise for exchange, credit or refund are covered by Do you green provided the cancellation period is respected; this period begins from the date you receive your merchandise.
Return costs will be covered for refunds of part of an order.
Return costs will not be covered for refunds of an entire order.
Refunds are granted exclusively via bank transfer. Please send us your banking information by e-mail or with the returned merchandise.
Return requests must be made within seven business days of receipt of the merchandise, and must be sent within the following seven business days. This means that you have two weeks from the delivery date to return your merchandise.
Return costs for refunds requested after the cancellation period will not be covered.
To simplify returns:
- Contact us by e-mail at or by text message or telephone on (7AM to 11PM, including weekends),
- A postage paid return coupon will be sent to you via e-mail: print it and paste or tape it to the return package. No need to queue at the post office, simply drop it off, and have your postmaster stamp your half of the coupon which you keep as proof of deposit. Package postage is prepaid.
- You will also be sent a return form that you need to complete to make your request. This allows us to identify your package. Remember to include this return form in your return package. We sometimes receive packages without a return form, name or reference, making them impossible to identify. Remember to include your cell phone number so that we can contact you via text if we have any questions about your order.

We will inform you via e-mail when we receive your package, and will process your request as quickly as possible.
For hygiene reasons, undergarments (panties and boxer shorts) and socks in opened packaging cannot be returned; please take care when selecting your size. As a general rule, when ordering undergarments, order the same size as your trouser size: if you wear a 10/12, order a 12 rather than a 10.
Damaged, worn or soiled articles will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer.
Credits are valid for a period of one year from their creation date at Do You Green’s on-line shop.
